HFB2025

HFB2025 (also known as HFB202501) is a monoclonal antibody being developed by HiFiBiO Therapeutics for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Unlike traditional PD-1 inhibitors used in oncology, HFB2025 is designed as a PD-1-targeting depletor with enhanced effector functions. It is engineered to selectively eliminate PD-1-positive cells, which are typically chronically activated or pathogenic T cells in the context of autoimmunity. Developed using HiFiBiO's proprietary Drug Intelligence Science (DIS®) platform, the antibody can function as an enhanced PD-1 agonist or a cell-depleting agent to restore immune homeostasis. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
