Overview

HFB2027 is a monoclonal antibody agonist targeting Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor 2 (TNFR2), currently being developed by HiFiBiO Therapeutics for the treatment of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Unlike the company's oncology-focused TNFR2 program (emunkitug), HFB2027 is specifically designed for immunology and inflammation applications. The drug functions by activating TNFR2 signaling, which is known to play a critical role in the expansion and function of regulatory T cells (Tregs), thereby helping to restore immune balance. HFB2027 was discovered using HiFiBiO's proprietary Drug Intelligence Science (DIS®) platform and is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
