Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HFB3024 (also known as HFB302401) is a biparatopic antibody depletor developed by HiFiBiO Therapeutics, targeting Killer cell Lectin-like Receptor G1 (KLRG1). It is designed to selectively deplete KLRG1-positive cells, which are implicated in the pathogenesis of various autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Developed using the proprietary Drug Intelligence Science (DIS®) platform, which integrates single-cell analysis with AI/ML, HFB3024 aims to provide a best-in-class therapeutic option by utilizing a biparatopic binding strategy to enhance the depletion of target cells. The program is currently in the discovery and preclinical stages of development for immunology and inflammation (I&I) indications.
