Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HFK2 is an immunoliposome developed by HighField Biopharmaceuticals as a targeted cancer therapy. It is part of the company's proprietary ADCplex™ platform. HFK2 is designed to deliver a chemotherapy payload that inhibits Topoisomerase II activity. It is conjugated with HER2 antibodies, enabling it to bind to HER2 receptors on cancer cell surfaces, including both HER2 high and low tumors. HFK2 is being investigated for its potential in treating solid tumors, particularly in combination with HF158K1. Preclinical studies have shown promising efficacy and a wider therapeutic window compared to existing antibody-drug conjugates targeting HER2.
