HGP1201 + HGP0904

HGP1201 + HGP0904 is a combination of two investigational small molecule drugs developed by Hanmi Pharmaceutical. The combination has been evaluated primarily for its pharmacokinetic interactions as well as safety and potential efficacy in cardiovascular and urogenital conditions, particularly hypertension and possibly benign prostatic hyperplasia and erectile dysfunction. HGP1201's mechanism, primary pharmacological target(s), and indications remain undisclosed in public trial registries as of the latest updates. HGP0904 is known to be amlodipine camsylate, a calcium channel blocker used for hypertension. Clinical development has included studies specifically designed to characterize drug–drug interactions, with at least one Phase 1 study completed for the combined administration in healthy volunteers. Both drugs are developed by Hanmi Pharmaceutical and, as of 2025, neither combination containing HGP1201 + HGP0904 has reached approval or advanced into late-stage multinational clinical studies.[3][8][9]
