Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HH-009 is a fully human recombinant IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting fibroblast growth factor 19 (FGF19). It is being developed as a first-in-class anti-tumor therapy, primarily for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma and other solid tumors. Unlike small-molecule inhibitors of FGF19, HH-009 offers a novel mechanism of action with potential safety advantages. The drug has entered Phase I clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in patients with solid tumors. The developer is Huahui Health, a Beijing-based biotechnology company focused on virology, hepatology, and oncology therapies[1][2][3].
