HH-101 is an investigational antibody drug developed for the treatment of solid tumors. There are two distinct drugs referred to as "HH-101" in current biomedical sources: 1. **Huahui Health's HH-101** is an Fc-enhanced anti-TIGIT monoclonal antibody designed as a checkpoint inhibitor for cancer immunotherapy. It aims to improve antitumor immune responses by targeting T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), a receptor that suppresses T cell activity in the tumor microenvironment. The enhanced Fc region may lead to more effective regulatory T cell (Treg) depletion and improved anti-tumor effects. This version of HH-101 has entered Phase I clinical trials for late-stage solid tumors. 2. **Hedgehog Technology's HH101** is described as a smoothened receptor (SMO) antibody that targets the hedgehog signaling pathway, specifically binding to and inhibiting SMO protein function, thereby blocking GLI1 transcriptional activity involved in cancer proliferation and metastasis. This agent is also being developed for solid cancers. Both versions are monoclonal antibodies under early clinical or preclinical development targeting different mechanisms relevant to oncology.
