Overview

HH101 is a monoclonal antibody being developed by Hedgehog Technology (Hedgehog, Inc.) for the treatment of solid cancers. It specifically targets the Smoothened (SMO) receptor, a transmembrane protein that is a key component of the Hedgehog signaling pathway. By binding to SMO, HH101 aims to inhibit aberrant Hedgehog signaling, which is a known driver of cell proliferation, survival, and metastasis in various solid malignancies. The drug is currently in the early discovery (Hit) stage of preclinical development.
