Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HH102 is a monoclonal antibody targeting the Eph receptor B3 (EPHB3), currently under development by Hedgehog Technology for the treatment of solid cancers. EPHB3 is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in cell-cell communication and signaling pathways that are often dysregulated in various malignancies. HH102 functions by competitively inhibiting the interaction between the EPHB3 receptor and its ephrin ligands, thereby modulating Eph receptor signaling to suppress tumor growth and progression. As of early 2024, the drug is in the discovery/hit stage of preclinical development.
