Overview

HH103 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody being developed by Hedgehog Technology for the treatment of solid cancers. It specifically targets the human Endothelin A Receptor (ETAR). By competitively inhibiting the binding between ETAR and its ligand, endothelin, HH103 blocks endothelin-mediated signaling pathways that are implicated in tumor growth, survival, and progression. The drug is part of a pipeline focused on disrupting the Hedgehog signaling pathway and related oncogenic drivers. HH103 is currently in the early discovery or 'Hit' stage of development.
