HH160

HH160 is an investigational trispecific antibody being developed by Huahui Health (Beijing Huahui Health Biotech) for the treatment of solid tumors. As a trispecific antibody, HH160 is engineered to simultaneously bind three different antigens or epitopes. This modality is typically designed to enhance anti-tumor activity by bridging tumor cells with immune effector cells (such as T cells or NK cells) while potentially incorporating a third binding site for costimulation or checkpoint inhibition to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. The drug is currently in the early stages of development within Huahui Health's oncology pipeline.
