HH30134 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor targeting multiple receptor tyrosine kinases, specifically AXL receptor (also known as UFO), FMS-like tyrosine kinase-3 (FLT3; CD135), and the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinases (NTRKs). It is being developed for its potential antineoplastic activity in advanced malignant solid tumors. The drug was jointly developed by Jinan University, Shanghai Haihe Biopharma, and the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Clinical trials have been initiated to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in patients with advanced solid tumors[1][2][3][4].
