High-titer anti-SARS-CoV-2 convalescent plasma is a blood product collected from individuals who have recovered from COVID-19 and have developed a strong immune response, as indicated by elevated levels of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2. The therapy involves transfusing this antibody-rich plasma into patients with active COVID-19 infection—especially those who are immunocompromised or at risk for severe disease progression.
