histamine glutarimide

Histamine glutarimide, also known by the code name XC8, is a small molecule glutarimide derivative of histamine developed by EURRUS Biotech. It is being evaluated as an oral anti-inflammatory therapy for the treatment of asthma. The compound is designed to modulate the inflammatory response by inhibiting the recruitment and activation of leukocytes, particularly eosinophils, in the respiratory tract.
