HJ-N-001 is an individualized neoantigen peptide vaccine developed by Sun Yat-sen University for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is specifically designed for patients with EGFR mutations who have developed resistance to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). The vaccine consists of synthetic peptides corresponding to unique, tumor-specific neoantigens identified through genomic sequencing of an individual patient's tumor. By presenting these personalized antigens to the immune system via subcutaneous injection, HJ-N-001 aims to stimulate a robust T-cell-mediated immune response against the cancer cells, potentially overcoming the limitations of standard targeted therapies in the setting of acquired resistance.
