HL-538 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor developed by Shanghai KeChow Pharmaceuticals, specifically targeting the KRAS G12D mutation. KRAS G12D is a prevalent oncogenic driver in various solid tumors, particularly in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. By selectively inhibiting the mutant KRAS protein, HL-538 aims to disrupt the constitutive activation of the RAS/MAPK signaling pathway, thereby inhibiting tumor growth and survival.
