HLA-A11:01 KRAS G12V-specific TCR-T cells is an autologous T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T-cell therapy being developed by Peking University Shenzhen Hospital. This cell therapy involves the genetic modification of a patient's own T cells to express a TCR that specifically recognizes the G12V mutation in the KRAS protein when presented by the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) allele A*11:01. KRAS mutations, particularly G12V, are highly prevalent in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and serve as potent neoantigens. By targeting this specific mutation-HLA complex, the TCR-T cells are designed to selectively identify and eliminate tumor cells while sparing healthy tissue. The therapy is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who carry the HLA-A11:01 allele and the KRAS G12V mutation.
