Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**HLX07 + HLX10 + HLX04** is a combination of three investigational monoclonal antibodies developed by Henlius targeting different pathways involved in cancer progression and immune evasion[3][9]. - **HLX07** is a humanized anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) monoclonal antibody (mAb), bioengineered to improve safety and efficacy compared to cetuximab. It inhibits EGFR signaling, which is involved in tumor growth and survival[2][5][8]. - **HLX10** is a recombinant humanized anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) mAb and functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity[3][7][9]. - **HLX04** is a bevacizumab biosimilar (anti-vascular endothelial growth factor [VEGF] antibody), blocking VEGF-mediated angiogenesis, thus inhibiting tumor neovascularization[3][4][9]. The combination is developed for advanced solid tumors including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and others. The therapy is meant to synergize the effects of EGFR inhibition, checkpoint blockade, and anti-angiogenesis for greater anti-tumor efficacy.
