Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HLX26 + serplulimab is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies designed for immuno-oncology therapy. HLX26 is a human monoclonal antibody targeting lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG-3); it blocks LAG-3-mediated signaling to restore and enhance T-cell function. Serplulimab is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody inhibitor of programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), an immune checkpoint, thereby potentiating T-cell mediated anti-tumor responses by blocking the interaction of PD-1 with its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2. The combination regimen is under clinical investigation for synergistic anti-tumor efficacy, particularly in advanced solid tumors and lymphomas. Both agents are developed by Henlius[3][1][5].
