Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HLX3902 is a trispecific antibody targeting Six-Transmembrane Epithelial Antigen of the Prostate 1 (STEAP1), CD3, and CD28. Developed by Shanghai Henlius Biotech, it is designed for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and other advanced solid tumors. The molecule functions as a T-cell engager, simultaneously binding to the tumor-associated antigen STEAP1 and the T-cell receptors CD3 and CD28. By incorporating a CD28 costimulatory signal alongside CD3 activation, HLX3902 aims to enhance T-cell proliferation, activation, and persistence within the tumor microenvironment, potentially overcoming the limitations of traditional bispecific antibodies.
