Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HLX403 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Cadherin-17 (CDH17), a tumor-associated antigen highly expressed in gastrointestinal (GI) cancers such as gastric, colorectal, and pancreatic malignancies. Developed by Shanghai Henlius Biotech using the proprietary Hanjugator™ ADC platform, HLX403 consists of a humanized monoclonal antibody conjugated to a cytotoxic payload. Preclinical data presented at the ADC Asia Congress 2026 demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity and a favorable safety profile in non-human primates, with a highest non-severely toxic dose (HNSTD) of 40 mg/kg. The agent is currently being advanced for the treatment of various GI cancers.
