Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HLX48 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Shanghai Henlius Biotech for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and colorectal cancer. It simultaneously targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-MET). Developed using the proprietary Hanjugator™ ADC platform, HLX48 is designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to tumor cells expressing these receptors, leveraging a bystander effect to enhance efficacy while maintaining a favorable safety profile. It is currently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation to assess its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics.
