HLX60 + serplulimab

HLX60 + serplulimab is a combination of two investigational monoclonal antibodies developed by Henlius for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Serplulimab (HLX10) is a fully humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by blocking PD-1/PD-L1 interaction[3][8]. HLX60 is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets glycoprotein-A repetitions predominant (GARP), which is highly expressed on activated regulatory T cells and platelets. By binding GARP, HLX60 blocks the release of GARP-mediated transforming growth factor-beta 1 (TGF-β1), thereby relieving immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment and promoting anti-tumor immunity[6]. The combination aims to synergistically inhibit tumor growth by simultaneously reversing immunosuppression and activating T-cell mediated responses. Clinical trials are ongoing to evaluate safety, tolerability, and efficacy in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors[7].
