HM2003

HM2003 is an investigational circular RNA (circRNA) therapeutic candidate being developed by Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital for the treatment of chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI). Circular RNAs are a class of single-stranded RNA molecules that form a covalently closed continuous loop, a structure that typically confers greater stability and resistance to exonuclease-mediated degradation compared to linear mRNA.
