HMPL-453 + toripalimab

HMPL-453 + toripalimab is a combination investigational therapy composed of two distinct agents. HMPL-453 is a novel, highly selective, and potent small molecule inhibitor of fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR) 1, 2, and 3, designed to block aberrant FGFR signaling that drives tumor growth, angiogenesis, and treatment resistance, primarily in solid tumors such as intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (IHCC)[3][4].
