HMPL-A067

HMPL-A067 (also known as HMA800067) is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed to target CD38, a cell surface protein highly expressed in various B-cell malignancies. The drug consists of the anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody daratumumab conjugated to the cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) via a novel linker. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that HMPL-A067 exhibits superior antitumor activity compared to daratumumab alone, including in models resistant to daratumumab treatment. The primary indication under investigation is B-cell malignancies, with particular focus on hematological cancers such as lymphoma and multiple myeloma[1][2][3][4][5].
