Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HN0141 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody developed by Huinuo Biopharmaceutical Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. for the prevention and treatment of human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection. HCMV is a significant cause of morbidity in immunocompromised individuals, such as hematopoietic stem cell or solid organ transplant recipients. HN0141 is designed to neutralize the virus by binding to essential viral surface glycoproteins, thereby blocking viral entry into host cells. As of late 2023, the candidate is in Phase 1 clinical development in China to evaluate its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic profile in healthy volunteers.
