Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HN2201 is an investigational oligonucleotide drug developed by Shenzhen Hongxin Biotechnology. It is being studied primarily for the treatment of neoplasms, with a specific focus on advanced or recurrent HPV16 and/or 18 positive cervical cancer. The drug is administered as an injection and has been evaluated both as monotherapy and in combination with zimberelimab (a PD-1 inhibitor) in early-phase clinical trials. As of March 2025, its highest development phase is preclinical, though at least one early phase 1 investigator-initiated trial has been initiated to assess safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients who have progressed after systemic treatment[1][2][4].
