Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HND042 is a preclinical-stage small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) being developed by Handa Pharma for the treatment of various oncology indications. Part of the company's Hand Energetics pipeline, the drug is designed to target tyrosine kinases, which are enzymes that play a critical role in the signaling pathways responsible for cell growth, differentiation, and survival. By inhibiting these kinases, HND042 aims to disrupt the proliferation of malignant cells. The program is currently in the proof-of-concept stage of development.
