Hoat Huyet Nhat Nhat is a Vietnamese traditional herbal medicine developed and manufactured by Nhat Nhat Pharmaceutical. It is formulated as a multi-ingredient botanical product intended to improve blood circulation and treat symptoms associated with cerebrovascular insufficiency, such as headaches, dizziness, vertigo, insomnia, and memory loss. The formulation typically includes extracts from traditional medicinal herbs such as *Angelica sinensis*, *Ligusticum striatum*, *Paeonia lactiflora*, *Rehmannia glutinosa*, *Prunus persica*, *Carthamus tinctorius*, *Achyranthes bidentata*, and *Salvia miltiorrhiza*. It has been evaluated in post-marketing clinical studies in Vietnam, including comparative trials against standardized Ginkgo biloba extracts (EGb761) for the relief of symptoms related to insufficient cerebral blood flow.
