**Homo 16 D** is an oral fixed-dose nutritional and neuroprotective tablet marketed by Sinsan Pharmaceuticals for support in **diabetic neuropathy**, vitamin D deficiency, and nutritional deficiencies. Each tablet contains methylcobalamin 1,500 mcg, alpha-lipoic acid 100 mg, folic acid 1.5 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 3 mg, and cholecalciferol 1,000 IU. Alpha-lipoic acid provides antioxidant support intended to reduce oxidative stress associated with peripheral nerve injury, while methylcobalamin, folate, pyridoxine, and vitamin D3 support vitamin repletion, neuronal function, and metabolic health.
