Overview
Honghefujie Lotion is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) botanical drug developed and manufactured by Shanxi Buchang Pharmaceutical. It is formulated as a topical solution derived from the extract of the mature kernels (seeds) of *Crataegus pinnatifida* (hawthorn). The product is primarily indicated for the treatment of various gynecological inflammatory conditions, including vulvovaginal candidiasis and non-specific vaginitis. Its therapeutic effects are attributed to its broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against pathogens such as *Candida albicans*, as well as its anti-inflammatory and antipruritic properties. The lotion is applied externally or as a vaginal wash to alleviate symptoms such as itching, leucorrhea, and local redness by inhibiting pathogen growth and restoring vaginal microecological balance.
