Overview

HOT-1030 is a recombinant humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that acts as an agonist of CD137 (also known as 4-1BB or TNFRSF9), a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. It specifically binds to the CRD1 region in the extracellular domain of human 4-1BB with high affinity, without blocking its natural ligand (4-1BBL). By activating 4-1BB signaling on immune cells such as activated T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells, HOT-1030 promotes proliferation and survival of CD8+ T cells and enhances anti-tumor immune responses. The drug is being developed for intravenous administration in patients with advanced malignant solid tumors[1][2][3][5].
