**hP1A8 + imiquimod + GBM6-AD** is an investigational combination therapy, currently in phase I clinical study, designed for the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM)[1][2][4]. It is associated with reduced CD200R expression[1]. - **Imiquimod**: An FDA-approved small molecule immune response modifier acting as a toll-like receptor 7 agonist, used topically to stimulate innate and adaptive immunity via induction of cytokines. - **GBM6-AD vaccine**: An experimental vaccine based on GBM6 adenovirus targeting glioblastoma antigens to promote antitumor immunity[1]. The combination aims to enhance antitumor immune response in GBM by synergistic activation of innate and adaptive immune pathways. The phase I trial is sponsored by OX2 Therapeutics and is testing hP1A8’s efficacy, safety, and dose-range in combination with imiquimod and the GBM6-AD vaccine in adults with glioblastoma[1][2][4].
