Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HP570 is an orally administered molecular glue degrader that selectively targets Vav guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1 (VAV1). Developed by Hinova Pharmaceuticals, HP570 is designed to treat autoimmune diseases, specifically rheumatoid arthritis, by degrading VAV1 and inhibiting abnormal immune activation. VAV1 is a signaling protein primarily expressed in hematopoietic cells, playing a critical role in T-cell and B-cell receptor signaling pathways, activation, and immune response. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that HP570 exhibits high selectivity, potent target-degrading activity, and favorable efficacy in animal models of autoimmune diseases. In November 2026, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the Investigational New Drug (IND) application for HP570 tablets to initiate Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
