Overview

hpNK cell injection is an adoptive cell therapy consisting of high-purity human natural killer (NK) cells. Developed by The Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guizhou Medical University, it is being evaluated in clinical trials for the treatment of CD20-positive relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The therapy is typically administered in combination with rituximab, a CD20-targeting monoclonal antibody, to leverage antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). By providing a concentrated population of NK cells, the treatment aims to enhance the immune system's ability to identify and destroy malignant B cells that have become resistant to standard chemotherapy regimens.
