HPV16 E7 long peptide vaccine is a therapeutic peptide vaccine developed by Zhongao Biomedical Technology for the treatment of HPV16-related malignancies, including cervical cancer. The vaccine utilizes long synthetic peptides derived from the HPV16 E7 oncoprotein, which are designed to contain multiple CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell epitopes. Its mechanism of action involves the induction of a robust, tumor-specific cellular immune response; specifically, it aims to activate cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) that can recognize and eliminate HPV16-positive tumor cells. In preclinical research, the vaccine is often evaluated using the TC-1 tumor model and has been studied in combination with Caerin peptides (such as Caerin 1.1 or 1.9) to enhance its immunogenicity and therapeutic efficacy by modulating the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.
