Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HPV16-E7 Other HLA TCR-T is an autologous T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy being developed by Anocca. The therapy utilizes T cells engineered to express specific T-cell receptors that recognize peptides derived from the Human Papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16) E7 oncoprotein presented on various Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) alleles. By targeting 'other' HLA restrictions beyond the common A*02:01 allele, this program aims to broaden the applicability of TCR-T therapy to a more diverse patient population suffering from HPV-related malignancies, such as cervical and oropharyngeal cancers. The drug is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
