HPV16 E7 peptide-pulsed autologous dendritic cells is a therapeutic cancer vaccine that uses a patient's own dendritic cells loaded with HPV16 E7 peptides to stimulate an immune response against HPV-related cancers. The vaccine is created by collecting peripheral blood leukocytes from patients, generating dendritic cells, pulsing them with HPV16 E7 peptides, and then reinjecting these cells to stimulate cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses against HPV-infected cancer cells. This approach aims to induce antitumor immunity in patients with HPV16-positive cancers, particularly cervical cancer.
