Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HR-004 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Shanghai HRAIN Biotechnology. It is designed to target CD22, a transmembrane glycoprotein primarily expressed on the surface of mature B-cells and most B-cell lineage malignancies. By engineering a patient's own T-cells to express a CAR specific for CD22, HR-004 enables the selective recognition and lysis of CD22-positive malignant B-cells. This therapy is primarily being investigated for the treatment of B-cell hematologic malignancies, particularly B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), including cases that are refractory or have relapsed after CD19-targeted CAR-T therapies.
