Overview

HR010 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting CD70, a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor superfamily. Developed by Shanghai Hengrun Dasheng Biotech, HR010 is designed to treat CD70-positive tumors, specifically advanced or metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). CD70 is highly expressed in ccRCC but has limited expression in normal tissues, making it a viable target for immunotherapy. The therapy involves genetically modifying a patient's T cells to express a CAR that recognizes and binds to CD70 on the surface of cancer cells, leading to T-cell activation and tumor cell lysis.
