HR19006

**HR19006** is an investigational, fixed-composition all-in-one parenteral nutrition injection developed by Fujian Shengdi Pharmaceutical for nutritional support after gastrointestinal surgery. The formulation is identified in the Chinese clinical-trial registry as an omega-3 triglycerides 2% medium-chain and long-chain fat emulsion, amino acids 16, and glucose 30% injection. It provides intravenous lipid calories including omega-3 fatty acids, amino-acid substrate, and glucose to support energy and protein requirements when postoperative patients require central-venous parenteral nutrition. HR19006 has no discrete pharmacologic receptor target; its intended effect is nutritional replacement and metabolic support. A randomized, single-blind, active-controlled Phase 3 study enrolled postoperative gastrointestinal-surgery patients requiring at least five days of central-venous parenteral nutrition.
