HRC0202 is a fully human, anti-BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen) chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy developed for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM), including those who have relapsed after prior anti-BCMA therapy. It utilizes a second-generation CAR construct, incorporating a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) derived from a fully human anti-BCMA antibody (HK10), combined with a 4-1BB (CD137) costimulatory domain and a CD3-zeta (CD3ζ) signaling domain, delivered via retroviral vector. The product is manufactured from autologous T cells, transduced and expanded ex vivo, then infused intravenously after lymphodepleting chemotherapy.[1][2][5]
