HRS-1167 + famitinib + camrelizumab is an investigational, chemotherapy-free neoadjuvant combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of germline BRCA-mutated (gBRCAm), HER2-negative breast cancer. The regimen consists of three distinct agents: HRS-1167, a highly selective, next-generation poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1) inhibitor; famitinib, a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that inhibits VEGFR2, PDGFR, and c-kit; and camrelizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. Developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals and currently being studied in a Phase II trial led by Fudan University, this combination aims to leverage synthetic lethality (via PARP1 inhibition), anti-angiogenesis (via TKI activity), and immune checkpoint blockade to provide an effective treatment option without the toxicity associated with traditional chemotherapy.
