HRS-1780

HRS-1780 is an oral, selective, non-steroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist developed for the treatment of chronic kidney disease. It is a small molecule drug that has demonstrated favorable safety and pharmacokinetic profiles in first-in-human studies involving healthy volunteers. The drug acts by selectively blocking the mineralocorticoid receptor, which plays a key role in regulating electrolyte balance and blood pressure. Clinical trials have shown that HRS-1780 may reduce systolic blood pressure and affect plasma aldosterone and norepinephrine levels without causing clinically meaningful QTcF prolongation.
