HRS-2189 is an orally administered small molecule antineoplastic drug under development by Shandong Suncadia Medicine for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors, including breast cancer and prostate cancer. It is being evaluated as a monotherapy and in combination with other investigational agents (such as fluvastatin, fulvestrant, HRS-6209, HRS-8080, and HRS-1358) in multiple phase I/II clinical trials targeting patients with advanced unresectable or metastatic disease.
