HRS-2604

HRS-2604 is a small molecule inhibitor of Son of Sevenless homolog 1 (SOS1) developed by Tuojie Biotech, a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals. SOS1 is a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that plays a critical role in the activation of RAS proteins, including KRAS, by promoting the exchange of GDP for GTP. By targeting SOS1, HRS-2604 aims to disrupt the activation of the MAPK signaling pathway, which is frequently dysregulated in various cancers, particularly those harboring KRAS mutations.
