Overview
HRS-3738 is an orally bioavailable small molecule Cereblon (CRBN) E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD) developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals. It acts as a molecular glue to induce the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of the transcription factors Ikaros (IKZF1) and Aiolos (IKZF3). These proteins are essential for the survival and proliferation of malignant B cells. By degrading these targets, HRS-3738 promotes apoptosis in tumor cells and stimulates immune cell activity. The drug is currently in Phase I clinical development for the treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and multiple myeloma.
