Overview
HRS-3802 is a novel, selective, small molecule cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor developed for the treatment of malignant solid tumors. It acts by inhibiting CDKs, leading to cell cycle arrest in tumor cells through inhibition of downstream protein phosphorylation, thereby suppressing tumor cell proliferation and exerting antitumor effects. The drug is being developed by Shandong Suncadia Medicine and Shanghai Hengrui Pharmaceutical (a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals). As of June 2025, it is in phase 1 clinical trials for advanced malignant solid neoplasms. There are no similar products approved on the market domestically or internationally[1][2][6].
