Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-4508 + trastuzumab + nab-paclitaxel is an investigational combination regimen under development by Jiangsu HengRui Medicine for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The regimen consists of HRS-4508, an orally administered small molecule inhibitor that targets the KRAS G12D mutation, trastuzumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), and nab-paclitaxel, an albumin-bound formulation of the microtubule inhibitor paclitaxel. This combination is being evaluated in Phase 1b/2 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with unresectable or metastatic solid tumors, particularly those harboring HER2 expression or KRAS mutations. By combining a targeted KRAS inhibitor with a HER2-targeting agent and chemotherapy, the regimen aims to overcome resistance mechanisms and enhance anti-tumor activity in complex oncogenic settings.
